Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the postholder supports and coordinates the planning, creation and delivery of high‑quality digital and social media content that showcases the breadth, reach and impact of the CoAH community.

By capturing and sharing the stories of our students, staff and alumni, the postholder enhances awareness of and engagement with our subjects, programmes and research, while ensuring that all digital content aligns with our recruitment goals and positively reflects the University’s reputation. • Produce engaging multimedia content (video, imagery, graphics, copy and audio) tailored for specific platforms and market needs.

  • Co-ordinate the team social media planner, scheduling platform and key dates calendar.

  • Support the promotion and delivery of live events online and digital engagement activities to assist enquiry generation and conversion.

  • Encourage and manage community engagement to build local and international connections and brand reputation.

  • Use branded templates and guides to create graphics and video assets for use across channels and campaigns.

Planning and reporting:

  • Produce regular social media performance reports using analytics and insights to inform decision‑making and future planning.

  • Monitor sector trends, emerging tools and competitive activity to enhance the College’s strategic positioning.

  • Engage with insights, workshops, training and peer community to develop best practices.

  • Contribute to the execution of the College social media strategy and the implementation of the wider CoAH content strategy.

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide guidance, training and advice to staff managing local School accounts to ensure quality, compliance and brand consistency.

  • Proactively collaborate with local college marketing teams, central Communications and External Relations teams to align with university guidelines, messaging and amplify College content.

Governance

  • Maintain asset libraries, production trackers and governance standards (permissions, rights, including GDPR and copyright management, on owned and third party platforms.)

Other Duties

  • Provide responsive support during key University events (e.g., Graduation, Open Days, showcase events), including occasional out‑of‑hours work where required and permitted.
